Responding to IT support requests from employees and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Providing onsite support, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and providing support for network infrastructure.
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of IT systems, databases, and security measures.
Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.
Experience in IT desktop support and helpdesk support, ideally in a role where multi-tasking and variety of responsibilities were present.
Previous exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Cloud based systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and multiple stakeholders.
The ability to identify process issues and propose resolutions.
A willingness to learn and take responsibility of new systems.
