Job descriptionWhy look at taking on this role?_ You'll gain employment with a highly-recognised business that can provide clear stability_ Work with high-profile and long-standing accounts!_ Work alongside a dedicated team of other Account Managers with full support from a long-standing General Manager _ Join a stable business that hold a number of high-profile national contracts_ You'll work in a team-working environment with full assistance from a designated Service Coordinator and be involved with a great bunch of Technicians on hand_ This business preach staff training and development opportunities as well as a positive working environment_ Day to day duties & experience required : _ Take full responsibility for the management of high-profile accounts in the commercial and industrial space_ Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner to maintain a smooth relationship_ Track KPI's to ensure client satisfaction_ Attend regular client meetings_ Oversee a team of Technicians that know the sites well and ensure work schedules are being adhered to_ Look to maximise and expand on your assigned accounts_ Must have NSW Drivers License_ Must have knowledge of the fire industry_ Trade background in fire would be hugely preferred_
