PERSONAL ASSISTANT POSITION

• Position will be based in Ipswich, however training may be undertaken in Brisbane.

We are seeking a highly successful and driven Assistant (Transport) to assist our Chief Operating Officer, in order to deliver our services based on our strong business values.

To be successful in this role, you must

Be a Confident, Resilient, and preferably come with strong Customer Service skills

Have exceptional computer skills

Have a proven track record using great communications skills to generate outstanding team results

High initiative, exceptional work ethic, and demonstrated attention to detail

Help manage and coordinate the Operations teams, including quoting, staff rostering, and client liaison.

Support a flexible approach to work and be able to assist the Chief Operating Officer where and when necessary.

Develop and maintain strong customer / client relationships

Proven staff management capabilities

A valid MR / HR or higher drivers' licence would be a strong advantage

Pay : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
