So why not come and join our award winning team!We are currently looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging Training Advisor in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability Services or Community Services) to join the team in our Deception Bay office working across the Brisbane North and Somerset regions on a full-time basis.The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training AdvisorAs a Training Advisor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

You will also get out and about within the aged care industry assessing and assisting your students in their host establishment.

You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.Your Key Responsibilities will include : Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoringAssessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offeringEnsure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestonesCriteria for SuccessCertificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalentCertificate III in Individual SupportCurrent First Aid and CPR  (or willing to obtain one)Current Industry Qualification Minimum 2 years' Industry experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceA recent clear National Police CheckA current QLD blue cardWhy work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
