They're hiring 2 x Senior .NET Developers to join a tight-knit team and take on more than just coding.

This is a fully onsite role in South East Melbourne , ideal for experienced engineers ready to step up — owning delivery, shaping architecture, and mentoring others in a team that values technical leadership.

What You'll Be Doing : Designing and delivering modern .NET systems used across the business

Leading by example in technical best practices and solution design

Mentoring junior and mid-level devs in the team

Driving API development (REST / GraphQL), backend architecture, and clean code

Working closely with product and business teams – your voice is heard here

What You'll Bring : Strong experience with .NET Core / C# Ability to lead from the front – technically and in team collaboration

Experience mentoring or guiding others in a professional setting

Solid understanding of API development; REST / GraphQL a bonus

Nice to have : Angular / React, SQL, or exposure to cloud / AI / IoT tools
