This role requires someone comfortable coaching senior leaders managing complex people matters and delivering meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
As part of a small highly capable team youll roll up your sleeves across the full HR spectrum. From case management and legislative updates to performance calibration talent reviews and data insights youll bring both operational expertise and strategic vision. A practical mindset strong delivery focus and a genuine belief in philanthropys power to effect change are essential we care deeply about our work and the difference we make!
