Your New Role :

Our program is designed to give you hands-on, industry-leading experience and set you on the path to key leadership and management roles within our company. Here’s what you’ll be doing :

• Diverse Placement Program : Rotate through various business areas, from customer service to warehouse management, gaining exposure to different management styles and strategies.
• Holistic Business Understanding : Get a 360-degree view of how a successful business operates by working in customer service, business development, administration, warehouse management, and purchasing.
• Mentorship and Support : Be closely mentored to become a future business manager and join the MMEM senior leadership team.

• Hands-On Attitude : Excited to dive into every aspect of the operation, from warehousing logistics to sales. You can leave the suit and tie at home.
• Future Leader : Eager to become a leader in a dynamic customer service environment, always keen to learn new business skills.
• Excellent Communicator : Your upbeat attitude and superb communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and rapport effortlessly.
• Full Working Rights : You have full Australian working rights, as we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
