Investment Operations Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for an Investment Operations Administrator to a leading financial services client based in Hawthorn East VIC. The position sits within the Investment Operations team and will work closely with the back office and front office teams.

This role will mainly be responsible for monitoring, transacting and safeguarding the managed funds and assets classes held on the platform.

This is initially a 12-month contract role, with high potential to extend.

Hybrid work set up - Hawthorn East VIC (3 days in the office) and work from home

• About the Job
• Timely and accurate processing of client transactions including movements of cash based on transaction instructions
• Trade settlement and reconciliation of cash / asset positions, and income processing
• Responding to internal and external queries promptly and professionally
• About You
• 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role managing asset classes and managed funds, or in a custodial function
• Good understanding of how managed funds work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of MS Excel and Medium level of MS Word and Outlook
• Data entry skills
