- You'll be responsible for
- Presenting TPRC to potential clients through meetings, phone calls, and VCs
- Understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Building long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Quickly responding to all inbound enquiries
- About you
We're looking for someone who has previous experience in a sales role and is keen to hit the ground running. Any experience with the recruitment or health industry would be a huge benefit.
Ideally, you'll have :
A track record of success in salesExcellent communication skills, and the ability to work with people from a broad range of backgroundsStrong computer skills, particularly with MS Office 365, including SharePointExperience working with a CRM (we use BullHorn)Self motivation and a drive to meet targetsExperience in a high growth environment, where change is a constant
