You'll contribute to producing high-quality industrial equipment used across mining, marine, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support
• Assist qualified tradespeople with assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes, winches, and hydraulic / pneumatic systems
• Workshop Preparation
• Organize tools, materials, and components for production tasks
• Quality Assurance
• Perform quality checks and basic measurements using precision instruments
• Testing Support
• Assist with equipment testing and commissioning procedures
• Workshop Management
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory control
• Safety Compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to our zero-harm workplace culture
• Continuous Improvement
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives
• Essential Requirements
• Technical Knowledge
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Tool Proficiency
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Quality Focus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Physical Capability
• Good fitness level with ability to lift up to 25kg
• Licenses
• Current forklift license and driver's license (essential)
• Communication

• Work Authorization
• Must have unlimited working rights in Australia (student visa holders cannot be considered)
