Job descriptionAdministering and supporting Linux servers across both Ubuntu and RHEL environments. Managing critical backup infrastructure and security logging systems. Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Ensuring security, stability, and effective administration of the server environment. Designing and implementing core services relied on by the agency. Strong experience with Linux administration and support. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware. Knowledge of backup systems like Cohesity and security platforms like Splunk. Experience with core services including DNS, NTP, and SMTP. Flexible hybrid working arrangements—two days in the office and three days from home. Engagement in impactful projects that contribute to operational stability. 12-month initial contract with potential extensions, providing job security.
