Enhance Myofunction is Australia's premier tongue tie clinic, drawing patients from across the country and internationally. Our team is a diverse group of dedicated professionals and support staff, committed to transforming lives through innovative treatments for Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMD). Our patients love us, and we love them! We're expanding our reach to make our ground-breaking approach accessible to more patients. We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and heart-based receptionist to join our exceptional team.

We are looking for someone who is eager, driven, and loves learning. If you are passionate about patient care and making a difference in people's lives, we want you to join our exceptional team. A knack for multi-tasking and an eagerness to contribute to a variety of tasks throughout the day will make you an ideal fit for this role.

• Core responsibilities include
• Warmly and skillfully managing inbound communications via phone, the web and social media
• Professionally and responsibly maintaining a responsive and efficient schedule for multiple practitioners
• Sensitively handling enquiries
• Welcoming and farewelling patients and their families with friendliness and warmth
• Tactfully and discretely managing payments and financial plan arrangements
• Hours : Standard full time business hours - Monday to Friday
• About you

You are experienced, driven and you are passionate about providing an amazing patient experience. You love working with dedicated and supportive team who are passionate about truly making a difference in patients' lives. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have mastered the art of multi-taking, time management and working autonomously. You are known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building great relationships, not only with your team, but also patients.

• Skills / Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working front desk / reception
• A people person
• Loves to get tasks done and to a high standard
• Positive "can-do" attitude
• Highly organised, and has the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to plan ahead anticipating future needs
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Great at task and time management
• Strong work ethic, who is happy to be part of a high-performance culture and a strong team player (Team culture is EVERYTHING)
• Skills Preferred (but not required)
• Experience as a receptionist in a premium dental or private medical practice / Clinic
