In thisRelationship Managerrole, you willBe the first point of contact for all client finance enquiries and the face of Medfin in the marketplace. This role will see the RM promoting and providing financial solutions for professional practitioners in the healthcare industry. Drive / lead / identify / collaborateDevelop an in-depth knowledge of each client in the portfolio while using natural conversations, you will identify client's short-term goals, business needs and future aspirations, looking for new opportunities where Medfin can add value to client relationships and assist them in their growth.Develop and grow a portfolio whilst being the primary point of contact for those clients and enhance Medfin reputation as a leading financial services (predominately equipment and commercial finance) provider to the medical, dental and allied health industries.Be supported by a team of Associates who will assist in managing the administration and general customer service tasks within the portfolio.Generating leads and opportunities to develop new client relationships by utilising industry knowledge, networks and skills.Managing portfolio Risk, including presentation of high standard credit submissions for new lending, and appropriately fulfilling portfolio maintenance requirements.Participating in industry events to enhance reputation in the market and to generate opportunities.Promoting word-of-mouth referrals within the industryWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in the financial services industry, ideally in equipment finance and commercial lending.Previous experience in client relationship managementPreferably an understanding of the Healthcare IndustryExceptional communication skillsA strong desire to succeed and create an ongoing career for yourselfA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
