footprint. We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with veterinary owners and practice managers, promoting our services, and identifying new opportunities. You'll be at the forefront of fostering strong client relationships and contributing to strategic initiatives. If you're ready to make a real impact and help us grow, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties of a Relationship Manager : Provide outstanding customer service to veterinary owners and practice managers, showcasing our products and services while supporting staff training and development.Identify new business opportunities, stay ahead of market trends, and contribute to the company's growth and success.Resolve client issues with professionalism, attend industry events, and collaborate on strategies to expand market share.Work towards achieving sales targets, manage data efficiently, and prepare reports using CRM systems.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, support business development initiatives, and uphold company policies and standards.About you : Knowledge of the Veterinary industry desirable, however not essentialExperience supporting clients in a geographically large regionExperience with CRM databasesExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsdevelopment and maintenance of client relationshipsinternal communication and interaction with other inter-organisational functionsExceptional customer focus and service orientationAbility to effectively manage multiple tasksBenefits of joining InvoCare : You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that helps them to celebrate the lives of those they loved.
