Technical Business Analyst

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Technical Business Analystto join an assignment with our client in the mining industry. This role must be based in Perth so person must be living in or willing to move to Perth.

Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering : Identify Business Needs : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their automation requirements and business objectives during demand kick-off.Document Requirements : Create detailed documentation of the scope of the requirements, including workflows, processes, and desired outcomes.Solution Design : Analyse Current Systems : Work with the stakeholders to evaluate existing infrastructure and processes to identify areas for automation.Design Automation Solutions : Work with the PO and DevOps team to develop automation strategies and solutions using Ansible, ensuring they align with business goals and Product Roadmap.Implementation Support : Collaborate with Technical Teams : Work closely with DevOps engineers, system administrators, and developers to implement the designed automation solutions.Project Management : Plan and Coordinate : Work with the PO to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.Monitor Progress : Track the progress of automation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Training and Documentation : Develop Training Materials : Work with the DevOps Engineers to create user guides, training manuals, and documentation on SharePoint to help users understand and utilize the Ansible Automation Platform effectively.Continuous Improvement : Gather Feedback : Track the automation metrics and monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions and gather feedback from users.Optimize Solutions : Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize existing automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.Report Findings : Present findings, progress reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.Report on Performance : Provide regular reports on the platform's performance, issues resolved, and improvements made.Platform Support : Oversee Configurations : Oversee the configuration of the Ansible platform, ensuring it aligns with best practices of RedHat and organizational standards.Document Changes : Keep detailed records of configuration changes and updates for future reference and compliance purposes like HLD's, Deviation Requests and TSA'sRequirements : Technical : Proficiency in Ansible, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and understanding of IT infrastructure.Analytical : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and design effective automation solutions.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams and able to create detailed documentation and training materials, if required.SThree Japan is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
