About The Role
Are you an ambitious BDR or Junior BDM ready to take the next leap? Streem is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sydney.
This is your opportunity to own a full sales cycle, grow your strategic sales skills, and work directly with senior stakeholders at top-tier organisations whilst being supported by a high-performing, collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Drive new business sales across Streem's media monitoring and SaaS toolsEngage and build relationships with PR, Communications, and Media ManagersOwn the full sales process from prospecting to closing dealsCollaborate with our BDM and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover and long-term client successRepresent Streem's brand and values in all interactions with external stakeholdersActively contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture
Who You Are
1–2 years experience in B2B sales (media, SaaS, or digital products ideal)Strong communication and storytelling skillsNatural curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-based sales approachProven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders quicklyInterest in media, communications, or SaaS platformsBonus : Experience working with PR / Comms professionals or in the media industryFull Australian working rights required
