- Attend to customer enquiries and related requests and proactively liaising with the IT team to resolve customer technical inquiries.
- Assist with the onboarding of both Personal and Business customers, managing exceptions and performing required validation and review.
- Arrange for the manual processing of payments and customer limit increases.
- Assist with the investigation of payment processing exceptions and arrange for return of funds as required.
- General assistance and administrative support to Operations Management and colleagues as required.A successful candidate for the role would have the following attributes :
- Tertiary Qualifications in Finance or similar discipline.
- Mandarin language skills, both written and verbal will be of advantage.
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Service in a retail bank is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in Customer onboarding, KYC requirements and ongoing monitoring is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstratable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, flexible with an analytical focus and the ability to multi-task effectively in a small team to start and grow with the business as the Bank expands.
