About the RoleReporting to the Manager of Mx & Insights, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Voice of the Customer (VoC) program that synthesises the required member insights to design and deliver an optimised experience for CCIWA members and customers.
You will provide data and insights that informs CCIWA's content, Marketing, Member experience and engagement strategies, plans and campaigns.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to :
Capture, reporting, maintenance & automation of member feedback at various points in the member journey to measure, benchmark & improve the MxSupport the Mx & Insights Manager to conduct a variety of qual, quant and design research methodsAnalyse member and market insight drawn from cross-research techniques and across organisational boundaries to identify key member pain-points and opportunitiesProvide recommendations to optimise the Mx based on the synthesis and analysis of multiple member data sets and researchSet up mechanisms that leverage our multiple data sources to discover key events in the member life cycle that provide opportunities for timely, targeted and relevant content and offers to our members and to understand value creation and value destruction across the member journeySupport the Manager Mx & Insights to draft, implement and maintain protocols for data governance and usage to protect member contact frequency, data privacy and security (in conjunction with Digital & Technology and Member Engagement teams)Provide frequent reporting on Member Experience KPIs and projectsBuild strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to integrate MX Insights and principles when creating new initiatives or solving business problemsBring data to life by creating compelling visualisations and artefacts that highlight the insights, and by verbally presenting in an engaging and persuasive mannerAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have :
demonstrated experience collating data, analysing and presenting findings in a business environment;demonstrated experience and competency in use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter;exceptional in Excel and / or Google Sheets;critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;a high level of initiative with the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously; anda high level of self-motivation and proactivity, with a high level of attention to detail.Applicants with the following experience will be highly regarded, but not essential :
