In this role you will support the Practice Manager and manage the finances of the offices. Whilst transitioning CRM systems the bookkeeper will also be required to manage the data entry and successful transition into the new system.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage all accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations
- Cash forecasting
- Execute payroll and related tasks
- Processing and reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Financial record keeping and submissions for Managing Principal.
- Skills and experience
- Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping
- Background working in a creative industry, ideally architecture
- Knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Problem solver with initiative
