Job descriptionThe essential requirements for this role are Experience and understanding of case management in a human services field Community engagement, key stakeholder liaison and / or working with special interest groups Experience in monitoring, evaluating and reviewing service provision and case management in a human or correctional service Strong management capabilities with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor and encourage others to meet high standards Interpretation of complex legislation Demonstrated ability and understanding of offender assessment intervention and treatment planning
Qualifications, professional registration, conditions and other requirements :
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications for this position, tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as management would be highly desirable
