It requires a proactive positive attitude, strong attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of an extension, hybrid work from home 3 days per week.This role will see you collaborating with the payroll operations team to review, recommend and implement changes to payroll processes and ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance.

You will extract and analyse data, identify trends and variances, your key responsibilities in the role include : Gather detailed business requirements, document current processes and assist in defining future states for all payroll, and time and attendance processes.Create detailed functional specifications, process map, and use cases to guide the development and implementation of new systemsDefining business processes through detailed investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical informationConducting regular audits of payroll data and identify variancesReviewing, recommending and implementing payroll process changes ensuring legal obligations are metStakeholder engagementTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate : Have prior experience with large transactional payroll systemsPossess a knowledge of EBAs, Awards, Payroll regulations and data managementStrong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from business processes and performance metricsHave strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrityA talented communicator who can convey complex analysis and data to varying levels of our organistaionAre able to work to tight time frames and the ability to prioritise and manage your time and tasksSystem knowledge in Kronos and PrecedaStrong documentation skillsStrong excel skillsApply today for this exciting opportunity or call Sava on +61 418 127 492 or email
