As a Front Office Clerk, you will be responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk and for delivering a quality customer service experience. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you would perform check-in and check-out duties, foreign exchange, assist with inquiries, clerical duties and concierge related services to guests and patrons of Crown Perth in accordance with established service standards.

- These positions guarantee you 48-76 hours per fortnight including a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
- Essential Criteria :
- Previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- You must be reliable, organised and can work independently and demonstrate the ability to resolve queries and be able to think on your feet.
- Must be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a 24 / 7 rotating roster
- Preferred Criteria :
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role
- Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)
