To assist Front Office Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and be responsible for the overall protection of residence property and to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees during shifts.
- Conducts daily pre-shift briefings to employees on room occupancy, arrival and departures, functions / event and special attention that is needed.
- Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operation.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
- Alert the Front Office Manager of any occurrence or possible problem that may affect the efficiency or profitability of the business.
- Maintain all equipment associated with the reservation and administration functions.
- Conduct Night Audits.
- Identify improvements in frontline processes Supervise a small team of front office employees and assist with problem solving, where necessary.
- Exercises efficient resource allocation through effective rostering in accordance with anticipated occupancy rates.
- Develops and assists with training activities focused on improving skills and knowledge.
- Be alert to and report any suspicious behavior or occurrences to the General Manager.
