Cellar Barman

The Cellar Barman will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of beverage dispensing, tapping / rotating kegs, stocking the bars, flushing lines, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of inventory & systems and a neat and orderly workplace.

You will also be responsible for a variety of other tasks, including venue opening and set-up and overseeing the floor cleanliness during service. Due to the nature of the role, there is a fair bit of heavy lifting involved so physical and mental fitness is key to success in this role.

• About you
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) accreditation - or willing to obtain
• Cellar, Beer / Post mix systems repairs & maintenance experience - preferred.
• Ability to prioritise, excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Can problem solve and deal with issues quickly.
• Basic understanding of POS management software.
• Responsible for goods received and distributed to service outlets accordingly & managing delivery windows with drivers.
• Flexible availability to work a rotating shift roster
• Is physically capable of completing tasks with correct manual handling techniques & operate within current WH&S legislation and guidelines.
