Who we are

We deliver long day care, preschool, family programmes, and early intervention services across Australia.

The Role

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our team on a full‑time basis. This role is remote based with regular travel to current and potential sites across Greater Melbourne region. Occasional interstate travel may be required. This role is currently offered on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract .

As a key member of KU’s Business Development Team, you will drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing tenders and grants, and building partnerships that align with KU’s strategic vision. You will combine strong analytical skills with sector knowledge to shape sustainable expansion.
