The Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of all FM services and annual projects to Client at the site / sites for which you are accountable. Deliver these services with the goal to ensure highest satisfaction and make a change in a way that optimal Human Experience is achieved. In this capacity there are 6 major activities for which you are accountable :
People Management - develop and sustain a high quality well motivated team
Client Management - ensure that on site Clients expectations are met
Contracts Management - ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered
Finance Management - ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
Health and Safety Management - ensuring the provision of a safe working environment
Human Experience - implementing Industry Best Practice operations and own initiatives.
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
An engaging people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team.
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
A strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
Min. Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field & / or 3-5 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
