Facilities Manager

We are seeking both an Experienced and Junior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Sydney. You will provide a high level of tenant support, build solid relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and enjoy a healthy split of office-based and on-site days.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all hard and soft facilities management servicesMonitor environmental performance, BMS, HVAC, and building infrastructureConduct inspections and manage HSEManage risk and compliance by adhering to safety standards, building codes, and legislative requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholdersCoordinate reactive and preventive maintenance in a timely manner with minimal tenant interruptionLiaise with the Property ManagerManage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgetsRegular reporting on all building performanceRequirements :

Qualifications in Property and / or Facilities preferredValid driver's licenseStrong knowledge of WHS and building systemsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage your own scheduleTo Apply
