With ongoing development we are looking for a full time Property Manager with at least 1 years worth of experience to come in and take over an established very neat portfolio.

You need a practical no fuss "can do attitude and be able to demonstrate practical problem solving skills with the ability to get the job done!

We require an extremely focused Property Manager who loves to go above and beyond, someone with a "care-factor" who can handle the challenges of Property Management and can manage their time well.

Your duties will include all facets of property management including securing new tenants, recovery of rental arrears and outgoings, negotiating new leases and rental reviews, managing existing leases and most importantly being the main point of contact for all tenancy issues.

Application criteria :

Current PM Registration.

Property Management experience of at least 1 year

Full driving license

Ability to hit the ground running and dive straight into a portfolio.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Great Problem Solving Skills

Attention to detail and the ability to multi task

Property Tree knowledge an advantage
