The OpportunityThis is not your standard PM role.

With support from a dedicated Leasing Agent, remote professional VA, and outsourced PCR providers, you'll be empowered to focus on what truly matters — client relationships, portfolio health, and delivering a premium service experience.Your responsibilities will include : Managing a clean portfolio with professional supportCoordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewalsNurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenantsEnsuring legislative compliance and company standards are upheldOperating within a framework of exceptional systems and processesThis role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a high level of internal support — including no end-of-month processing.

What You'll BringCurrent WA Property Management registrationExperience with Property Tree (highly desirable)Professional presentation, written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management, initiative, and attention to detailA valid driver's licenceA polished, service-focused approach to client careAt Haiven, we invest in people.
