Property Inspector (Property Manager)

As we expand, Property Reports Plus seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Inspector. Trusted by numerous Residential and Commercial Property Managers from Mandurah to Two Rocks, PRPlus specialises in Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections, and Home Opens.

Are you eager to venture into Real Estate or seeking a reprieve from the daily grind of Property Management? Seize the opportunity to hit the road in this full-time position, serving our amazing clients. Your day will primarily entail on-site inspections, while our proficient Admin team manages your schedule.

• The role of Property Inspector will include
• Collecting and returning keys from various agencies across the greater Perth metro area.
• Thoroughly documenting properties through photography.
• Providing detailed voice recordings, transcribed by a third party.
• Utilizing various app-based programs for property inspections.
• Timely upload of reports and photos from your home office.
• Representing our company with professionalism and delivering high-quality reports.

Property condition report typing is handled by a specialized division within the company!

Pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
