We are looking for a Property Inspector to join our team.
You can work your own hours throughout the working day to complete your inspections / reports & choose what work to take on. This position is casual however you can take on as much work as you like. You will be driving all around Perth (NOR & SOR)
The role of Property Inspector will include :
- Attending agencies to collect and return keys.
- Conduct PCR's, Inventory Reports, Routine Inspections & Final Bond Inspections.
- Thoroughly photograph properties
- Use of many different app based programs for property inspections on your Phone or Ipad.
- Ensuring reports are checked and photos uploaded in a timely manner
- Work from home and on the road.
- This job role provides a lot of flexibility with work hours & days.
The successful applicant will be trained however should possess the following :
Pay : Up to $50,000.00 per year
Work Location : On the road
