• based in Kewdale. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and a leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands.

Lead a team of engaged external sales and customer service personnel dedicated to our WA customers. If you have further career aspirations, your success in this role can prepare you for further career progression with us!

Today you'll focus on ensuring your team and customers are supported to manage the requirements of 'here and now'. To achieve this, you'll spend time in the office and out in the field.

• optimise the WA sales budget
• develop and implement a commercially astute sales strategy and plan to deliver on service, volume, margin and profit targets

• continue to grow collaborative partnerships with our customers and build your knowledge of their business

• a demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop your team
• exceptional customer relationship management and influencing skills
• excellent knowledge of sales operations and CRM (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• the ability to build constructive partnerships with others to achieve business outcomes
• excellent commercial acumen and analysis skills including an understanding of pricing and margin and their impact on profitability
