Expanding their portfolio has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join their team and focus on researching and recommendations for acquisitions activities focused on property development sites within the Healthcare space.

You will be able to undertake and deliver the following :

You will have a degree in Economics and / or Property with proven experience in a property analyst role with a reputable company. You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment and be able to demonstrate superior analytical and research capabilities.

You will be a capable communicator, able to deal with various stakeholders to ensure you can make accurate, well researched and considered recommendations.
