Finance Executive (Record-to-Report)

The Finance Executive - Record to Report (RTR) will assist Finance Managers to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial close. This includes all Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting and reporting activities such as preparation / review of journals postings, reports and other month-end processing. We are looking for potential individuals who have strong knowledge in SAP / Blackline system .

Our mission is to strengthen and elevate the Record-To-Report (RTR) Team’s foundational skills, lay the foundation for the transition from a transactional centre to a knowledge-based, data-analytic-enabled operations. We aim to Simplify, Standardize and Scale all RTR processes to enhance productivity and scalability, i.e., do better and smarter by leveraging simplified business process excellence and automation technologies.

Make an Impact by :

• Work with Business Users and Finance community to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial close. This includes preparing accounting journals on timely basis and ensure that the accounting entries are correct before posting into ERP system.
• Prepare reporting packages for submission to Group Finance for selected legal entities.
• Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations (including Bank Reconciliations) and follow up proactively on aged open items in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update standard process documents and operational procedures regularly to ensure relevance.
• Assist with interim and year-end audit, including preparation of year end audit schedules, liaise with external auditors to furnish information and follow up on audit queries.
• Participate and support project testing and enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and workflows through automation and adoption of new tools and software.
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.
