Surf Coaches

We are looking for

• Surf Coaches
• to join our team at URBNSURF Melbourne this summer. Do you have a passion for surfing? Love to teach and meet new people?
• Education /
• Qualifications
• Surfing Victoria Foundation (Level 1) coach, Working with Children certificate and first-aid certificate & Surf Life Saving certificate essential
• Experience
• Minimum of 1 season working as a Surfing Australia certified Surf Coach is preferred. However new certifications will be considered.
• Surf Academy Coache
• s are responsible for delivering exceptional programs for both group and private bookings. They will aid in the setting of overall culture by ensuring a consistent and exemplary customer experience within URBNSURF Melbourne. Surf Academy Coaches are responsible for ensuring guest safety by utilising preventative and management strategies within the Victorian State Guidelines.
