Retail Assistant Store Manager - Watertown Perth

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Watertown Store located in West Perth you will actively support the Store Manager by overseeing the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

• The Person
• Demonstrated previous leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
• Experienced in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales
• Confident with Microsoft Office programs and IT systems
• Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flare for merchandising
• You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
• Successfully delegating to others whilst been actively hands on assisting with tasks
• You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of Management and have the ability to work autonomously.
• Able to work independently whilst efficiently multi-tasking across all workstations, including beverage preparation and point-of-sale
• Available to work full-time / 38 hours each week, five consecutive days on either a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule
• Barista experience would be of great advantage and ability to work shifts at our DFO Perth Store if required would also be beneficial
