Oaks Perth HotelGeneral Manager.In this position, you will draw on your experience, initiative, drive and strategic approach to improve practices and ensure the hotel and venues are running at optimum efficiency. We are looking for a positive leader with high standards and the ability to develop an experienced team to run the business at its optimum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the entire propertyDeveloping and implementing strategic revenue plans for the businessIdentifying key areas for improvement across the business, developing strategic procedures for improvementManaging, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintainedQualificationsTo be successful you will require the following experienceTertiary qualification in Hospitality / Business ManagementExtensive operational and financial management experience within a Hotel and Food & Beverage environmentDemonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to drive a culture of accountability and promote staff engagementA proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expensesDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with guests, owners and staffExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learningAbility to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local marketA positive and energetic attitudeAn infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guestsCurrent Real Estate Registration (or willing to obtain)Additional Information
