Job descriptionRoles & Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll calculations Adhere to payroll deadlines eg. Super, payroll tax and year-end Maintain payroll workpapers for each pay run for Partner review Assist with the onboarding process for new payroll clients, including setup of payroll systems and procedures Continuous improvement of the payroll procedures Liaise with the Strategic Outsourcing team and provide payroll information for month end reconciliation and reporting Demonstrated Skills and Experience High level of discretion and confidentiality Previous experience in payroll specialized role, processing high-volume payroll functions Practical knowledge of relevant awards, enterprise agreements and legislative requirements Strong time, prioritization and task management skills Must have experience with Blue Collar EBA / Rates_ Please Apply! Job Types Full-time, Contract Salary 42.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits Work from home 8 hour shift Overtime pay Macquarie Park, NSW : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience Payroll : 1 year (required) Australia (preferred)

We're seeking a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll functions across clients in a wide range of industries. The division offer full scope payroll services for their clients, from software and processes advice, to onboarding and system setup, administration and compliance.
