- About the Role
We're seeking a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll functions across clients in a wide range of industries. The division offer full scope payroll services for their clients, from software and processes advice, to onboarding and system setup, administration and compliance.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely delivery of payroll calculationsAdhere to payroll deadlines eg. Super, payroll tax and year-endMaintain payroll workpapers for each pay run for Partner reviewAssist with the onboarding process for new payroll clients, including setup of payroll systems and proceduresContinuous improvement of the payroll proceduresLiaise with the Strategic Outsourcing team and provide payroll information for month end reconciliation and reportingDemonstrated Skills and ExperienceHigh level of discretion and confidentialityPrevious experience in payroll specialized role, processing high-volume payroll functionsPractical knowledge of relevant awards, enterprise agreements and legislative requirementsStrong time, prioritization and task management skillsMust have experience with Blue Collar EBA / Rates_Please Apply!Job TypesFull-time, ContractContract length : 12 months
