Our architecturally designed early childhood service is conveniently located within the Harbord Diggers precinct — nestled between two beautiful beaches — where we offer children rich opportunities to explore, engage and learn within our thoughtfully designed playscapes and beyond the gate for our regular walking excursions to surrounding coastal bushland and beaches.

Your Next Opportunity
We are looking to expand our team of Early Childhood professionals, and as such we are seeking innovative, like-minded educators to join our service in the following permanent roles :
- Wattle Infant Room Educator (12 x 1–2 Year Olds / 4 x Qualified Educators)
- Saltbush Toddler Room (15 x 2-3 Year Olds / 4 x Qualified Educators)
In these roles, you will :
- Observe children’s learning and development, which will allow you to contribute collaboratively alongside the team to plan, implement and reflect upon consistent routines & rituals, and innovative, inquiry-based learning experiences
- Work side-by-side with a collaborative team — a shared approach where every educator / teacher's voice is heard, valued and respected as part of our team
- Support all children and their families across the service to feel a strong sense of belonging, and contribute to a positive, respectful, professional team
- Enjoy regular outdoor learning adventures, swimming lessons, and build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
What You’ll Bring
This role is open to both recent graduates and experienced early childhood professionals.
You will hold (or be working towards) a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education . You’ll also have a valid NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate in an education and care setting.

Please note : Due to travel considerations, this role best suits educators living locally. We welcome applications from nearby Northern Beaches suburbs and surrounding areas.
