We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our Newcastle team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organisation and deliver inspiring early learning programs based on the Montessori philosophy.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting out, you'll have the support, resources, and professional development to take your career to the next level.What You'll Bring A strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy or a willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team Passion for early childhood education and child development Experience working with preschool-aged children A commitment to family engagement and positive relationships Leadership and mentoring qualities Essential Criteria Degree in Early Childhood Education / Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Current Working With Children Check Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Availability to work Monday to Friday Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Why Join Montessori Academy?
