About the Role Step into the essential position of Drug and Alcohol Clinician within our Women's Therapeutic Day Program (WTDP) – a holistic, person-centred, and recovery-focused environment designed for women dealing with substance use

In this impactful role, you will :

Offer support to women as they work to address their substance use in a safe, therapeutic settingPerform comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Assessments while providing individual case management and counsellingLead psychoeducation groups on various topics, including life skills, relapse prevention, and harm minimisationEstablish critical connections and referrals to both internal and external community servicesCollaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, offering services to the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Child ProtectionOur Drug Health Services prioritize harm reduction, empowering clients to choose their path to change

About You We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in drug and alcohol counselling, psychology, or social work. To excel in this role, you should :
