Customer Service Coordinator

This role is within our friendly, Service and Warranty Team and requires you to process and coordinate service and warranty requests from our customers who have recently settled into their new Metricon home!

Reporting to the Trade Labour Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Receiving, processing and organising service requests and warranty claims
• Providing administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
• Receiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner; and
• Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication
