Sales And Customer Success Representative (Healthcare)

The Opportunity

Be the first point of contact for customers and healthcare professionals, providing expert product advice, processing orders, and supporting sales growth.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively generate leads by cold calling clinics, healthcare professionals, and allied health providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct measurements and fittings to ensure optimal product performance and comfort.
• Handle incoming enquiries, returns, and general customer support requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Support the wider sales and customer service team with adhoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Experience and Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in a Sports / Health Science related field preferred, AND / OR appropriate experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales position (highly desirable).
• A genuine interest in health, movement, and helping people.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
