Job descriptionSummary of Key Accountabilities Manage early intervention practices and rehabilitation / RTW process. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Provide advice to operational teams and employees. Competencies Required Empathy and understanding towards customers and colleagues. Ability to energise and create an environment for success. Resilience, adaptability, and commitment to learning. Integrity, leadership, and accountability in decision-making. Qualifications and Experience Understanding of Safety, Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 1988. Experience in Comcare and Commonwealth Compensation Scheme. Excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines. Ability to make sound decisions and drive results.

Reporting to the General Manager Comcare, Welfare & CSR, this role looks after WA, NT and SA states for the business. With strong skills in claims management and return to work this role is instrumental in driving early intervention and injury prevention strategies for the business.
