Our client is looking for someone to join their team on a full-time basis in Western Australia!
The roleAs an Injury Management Specialist, you will have an established profile and network in the industry. You will play a key role in the business' growth as you will have ownership over the management key customers. You will be delivering and implementing Service Agreements whilst meeting specific business outcomes.
What your day to day will involveMaintain relationships and strategic customers as per business unit needsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims.Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessmentsIdentify Return to Work (RTW) including a strong focus on psychosocial barriersLiaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesDesign, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforceRequirementsQualifications & registration inOccupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing_At least 2 years of experience in occupational rehab / RTW (preferred)Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence compulsory)A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your timeA passion for equality, accessibility and inclusionOur clientEverything we do is focused on boosting the health, safety and productivity of people.
