Receptionist / Entry Level Property Management Assistant

Operating out of smick, renovated open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to assist a successful & highly experienced Senior Property Manager and join a fun, friendly and energetic team.

The Role :

You do not need any experience! Just be open to obtaining or already hold a Certificate of Registration and a great attitude.

Reporting directly into a fantastic Head of Department within a fantastic division, this is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include :

• Assist the Property Management team will all relative administration
• Answering phone calls & directing them to the relevant people
• Ensuring the front of office is maintained and kept at a high standard
• Assist in preparing lease documents & lease sign ups
• Training to become a Property Manager
