Purpose

As Property Management Assistant, you will be the vital support beam for our Property Management team in all aspects of Residential Property Management. You will be the beacon of efficient and effective communication, ensuring owners, tenants, and contractors are always in the loop. You will carry out all necessary duties, in strict accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, to keep our property management endeavours running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively promote rental properties
• Efficient scheduling and conducting of leasing inspections
• Issue entry notices for inspections
• Prepare and distribute tenancy agreements
