Centre Manager

Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning Centres is a 25+ year family owned and operating business looking for an experienced Centre Manager (Early Childhood Teacher preferred) to join our growing team at the following locations :

• Baulkham Hills
• Beecroft
• Pennant Hills
• Wahroonga (Coming Soon)
• The Role - Centre Manager
• Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures and targets
• Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role
• Maintain and improve centre's A&R rating
• Develop a positive and engaging community presence
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff and students as needed
• Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff
• Manage rosters & attendance
• Induct and support new team members
• Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate
• Ensure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality Standards
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards
• Required experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the role
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Hold a Diploma in Children Services
• A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
• Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
• Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector
• Team player
