The Information Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative and project support within the Information Management section. This includes resolving information management and library services queries via the Information Management helpdesk and Service Now platform, performing records management and library services tasks using Content Manager, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint online and the Koha library catalogue, as well as providing mailroom support, when required.
