Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Human Resources Advisor, working directly with E.L Blue's client, located in the Greater Perth Area. The Human Resources Advisor will support the delivery of annual HR functional initiatives including the performance management process, salary review and employee reward process, employee engagement survey, talent management and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience in creating and implementing HR programs
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
